From June 16th to 20th, "We Are Chinese Winemaker", hosted by the Wine Branch of the China Alcoholic Drinks Association were held in Yanqi Basin, the Yili River Valley and the northern foot of the Tianshan Mountains. More than 110 winemakers from various wine companies in Xinjiang region participated.
At the opening ceremony, Chen Yunhai, the national wine judge and the technical director of the French LAFFORT Group in China, and the winemakers at the meeting carried out the themed discussion of "the latest developments of technology in the winemaking process" .During the event, everyone actively shared their experiences and ideas. Through the sensory tasting of wines from different winemaking process, the winemakers further feel and understand the characteristics of different winemaking processes.
Through this event, the winemakers further expanded their international vision in the wine field, learned about new trends in the winemaking process, and enhance their detailed control and improvement of the winemaking process. It also boosted the confidence of Xinjiang winemakers to produce good quality wine.
