With the help of the "deep ditch and shallow seed" planting method and water-saving irrigation technology, the desert beach has become an oasis, and the once abandoned mine has become a tourist attraction. According to statistics, relying on the development of the wine industry, the eastern foot of Helan Mountain has 350,000 mu of desert land covered with green.

In recent years, Ningxia has incorporated the creation of a world-class wine tourism destination at the eastern foot of Helan Mountain into the "14th Five-Year Plan" development plan of the cultural tourism industry, and wine vineyards have burst into development vitality in the "integration of wine and tourism".

Many wineries and other scenic spots in Ningxia have become a good place for family picking, research and practice, and self-winemaking experience. At present, 130 wine wineries have been built in Ningxia, receiving more than 3 million tourists annually, and wine sales driven by tourism account for 50% of the total sales.
